The Lyric Theatre

The Lyric Theatre is a historic theater located at 59 South West Flagler Avenue near Confusion Corner in Historic Downtown Stuart, Florida. It was built in 1925 as a silent movie house. It is now used primarily as a stage and music venue. It is listed in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. This grand old theatre represents a colorful history in our community as a central gathering place for young and old alike. The Lyric Theatre has played a leading role in bringing quality entertainment to the Treasure Coast since 1926.

Last year, The Lyric won second place for Best Theater in the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast. Congratulations to all of those who work hard to make The Lyric what it is today.

	Bathtub Beach Cam – Bathtub Beach is a shallow little low tide lagoon made by a coral reef close to shore. It is the only one of these to have any amenities beyond the standard wooden stairs over the dunes. It is very calm, shallow pools at water’s edge warmed by the sun’s rays and protected from the breaking surf by large offshore rock formations.
	Jensen Beach Cam – Located on the Atlantic Ocean, Jensen Beach is a sandy, scenic beach that is great for all kinds of water sports. Take a nap, get a great tan, go fishing, or just take a long relaxing walk along the beautiful beaches that stretch for miles. Spend an hour or the entire day.
	Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge – Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge is a coastal refuge bisected by the Indian River Lagoon into two separate tracts of land totaling over 1000 acres. It provides some of the most productive sea turtle nesting habitat in the United States.
	Historic Downtown Stuart – Historic Downtown Stuart truly embodies everything that the phrase “Tropical Paradise” brings to mind. Historic Downtown is filled with quaint shops and galleries selling antiques, art, gifts, jewelry and collectibles. There are also have many fine restaurants as well as the historic Lyric Theater and Stuart Heritage Museum.
